Updated to reuse the existing `withLogAppender` implementation. I extracted
the appender helper into a test-only `LogAppenderSuite`, shared by
`KyuubiFunSuite` and the Ranger suite, so the existing Ranger subclasses can
keep their `withFixture` overrides. The appender now captures DEBUG events
explicitly. Spotless and Scalastyle pass, and
`InMemoryCatalogRangerSparkExtensionSuite` passes all 16 tests.
