…ed state Since IGNITE-26061, registerBinarilizableSystemClass puts an unregistered descriptor into descByCls. registerDescriptor only offers the registered copy with putIfAbsent, so the cached entry is never replaced and every write of a TreeMap, TreeSet, BinaryTreeMap or GridClosureProcessor closure wrapper rebuilds the descriptor via makeRegistered(). This made an empty TreeMap ~25x slower to marshal than in 2.17.0. Cache the descriptor already registered, as it ended up in 2.17.0 after the first write, and add a test that the write path reuses the cached descriptor.
