If we do smth/ like this (the messages reuse) ,
`TcpDiscoveryNodeMetricsMessage`, `TcpDiscoveryCacheMetricsMessage`,
`TcpDiscoveryNodeFullMetricsMessage` should be reverted too. Look for "We
cannot directly reuse {@link".
