Review Comment:
   `BaseIgniteAbstractTest` doesn't know anything about `TestMvTableStorage`, I 
don't think it's a good idea. 
   In general, we can do this for `ClusterPerClassIntegrationTest` and 
`ClusterPerTestIntegrationTest`, what do you think?
