[I] Apache Ignite 3.0: Create Table with replicas [ignite]

   I am trying to do 
   ```
   CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS results (
                       idd VARCHAR PRIMARY KEY,
                       type VARCHAR
                   ) WITH replicas=2
               )"
   ```
   Does this syntax not work in AI3, and what is an alternative to defining the 
replicas? I am already running to Apache nodes with network find 
configurations, etc set.
