Review Comment:
   `JdbcBinaryBuffer#read` knows nothing about the limit imposed on this stream 
instance.  There may be several instances of input stream created for the same 
`JdbcBinaryBuffer` with different limits.
   
   So `toRead` should be calculated in the input stream class.
