as we have discussed with @shishkovilja,
GridCacheMvccManager#pendingExplicit contains the mapping of Thread ID to value
thus it leads to unexpected behaviour of forbidding an operation. That is why
for some cases it could be useful to check with `ctx.grid().transactions().tx()
!= null` instead.
