## What's changed? - Configure the shared Apache HttpClient with `CookieSpecs.STANDARD` so RFC 1123 cookie expiration dates are parsed correctly. - Add a local HTTP regression test that returns a `Set-Cookie` header with an RFC 1123 `expires` value and verifies that the cookie is stored. - Prevent repeated `Invalid cookie header` warnings for standards-compliant cookie dates.
