   The params in your custom template were valid. The problem was that 1.3.1 
encoded query parameter values twice: it replaced spaces with `%20` and the 
HTTP client then encoded the value again, so the server received `%2520`. On 
current master each value is encoded only once (the `enableUrlEncoding` option, 
on by default). I reproduced your template (`startDate: 2023-06-29 00:00:00`) 
against a local HTTP server: the request carried 
`startDate=2023-06-29%2000:00:00`, which the server decodes to `2023-06-29 
00:00:00`. Closing; please reopen if it still happens on the latest release.
