   Fixed by #3314 (d0b7e3853) and #4307 (1ebfe76c3): empty or no-data fields
are now defined as `null`/empty for the strict JEXL evaluator instead of
aborting the rule, so `!exists(...)` can fire and a false `contains(...)` lets
the alert recover. Closing; please reopen if it still happens on the latest
release.
