## What's changed? 1.9.0 passed the vote, so the website needs a 1.9.0 documentation version. - Snapshot `docs/` into `versioned_docs/version-1.9.0` and the zh-cn docs into its `version-1.9.0`, plus the matching versioned sidebar - Add `version-1.9.0.json` for en, ko and zh-cn, each with `version.label` set to `1.9.0` - Point `lastVersion` at `1.9.0` and prepend it to `versions.json` 445 of the 451 files are the two snapshots; the reviewable part is `versions.json`, `docusaurus.config.js` and the three small JSON files. Verified: `pnpm run build` succeeds for all three locales with no broken links, `pnpm run md-lint` reports 0 errors, the snapshots match their sources file-for-file, `/docs` serves 1.9.0 while 1.8.0 moves to `/docs/1.8.0`, and the version dropdown reads `1.9.0` in all three locales.
