## What's changed Replace the static all-contributors table in `README.md`, `README_CN.md` and `README_JP.md` with a dynamic contributors image: ```html <a href="https://github.com/apache/hertzbeat/graphs/contributors";> <img src="https://contrib.rocks/image?repo=apache/hertzbeat&max=400&columns=18&anon=1"; alt="contributors"/> </a> ``` ## Why The table had grown to 305 hand-generated entries, ~400 lines in each of the three READMEs, burying the actual project content. Since the all-contributors bot stopped running on this repo (last bot commit 110b4b7ee9, 2024-04-12), the table has been regenerated by hand — the most recent update (#4245) rewrote ~252 lines across the three files. contrib.rocks reads the contributors graph directly, so the list stays current with no maintenance at all. ## Why .all-contributorsrc is kept home/github-avatar.js reads its contributors array to build the website team page data, so deleting it would break pnpm github-avatar. Its files key is set to [] instead: adding a contributor still updates the array (and the website), but generate has no README table left to rewrite. Documented in home/README.md. ## Notes - No LICENSE/NOTICE impact — only a URL is added, nothing bundled.
