## What's changed? Fixes #2008: pnpm test could not complete because many generated specs used incomplete TestBed setup, including importing non-standalone components and omitting required HTTP, router, i18n, form, and UI dependencies. This adds explicit shared helpers for shallow component and HTTP service tests, fixes the remaining spec-specific setup and cleanup, and runs the suite once in ChromeHeadless.
