   - [X] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/dubbo/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no
similar issues.

   ### Apache Dubbo Component

   Java SDK (apache/dubbo)

   ### Dubbo Version

   3.3.2

   ### Steps to reproduce this issue

I'm building a reactive service that provides Rpc functionality using dubbo.
Set the protocol to tri. And use UrlLoadBalance. However, the actual execution
only initializes UrlLoadBalance, does not execute the doSelect method (the
parent class select is not executed), and does not find the official website
related to setting load balancing in reactive programming. May I ask if it is
not supported or I wrote a mistake

   ### What you expected to happen

support setting up custom load balancers

   ### Anything else

   _No response_

   ### Are you willing to submit a pull request to fix on your own?
