The error was seen HyphenTextModifierImpl, which is not that important anymore,
but the underlying issue is that the try clause within
org.apache.ctakes.core.resource.FileLocator assumes
FileLocator.class.getClassLoader().getResourceAsStream(location); will throw an
Exception if something goes wrong, but it doesn't always - it can just return
null, in which case the catch clause is not running
