Initial check in of Scrubber De-Identification tool as proposal for new cTAKES
module.
Code developed and contributed by Britt Fitch & Andy McMurry on behalf of
Harvard Medical School.
several major points that still need to be addressed:
1. mvn uses weka 3.6.6 for this check in because 3.6.3 was unavailable and
previously supplied via mvn "provided".
2. The current version of scrubber was built to utilize cTAKES alongside the
Scrubber installation, we need to update the code to account for being in the
sandbox.
3. the current version of scrubber is very database dependent. we will need to
update this code to utilize external dictionaries (lucene) in place of the db
requirement to more closely align with other cTAKES modules.
