@nickva @davisp The client has stated that the "similar issue" (with the
`couch_doc,'-doc_from_multi_part_stream/4-fun-1-',1,` function) only started
after an upgrade from `2.0.0rc3` to `2.1.1`.
Hopefully that narrows the git bisect a bit further?
