@iilyak : 1) How are we determining which fields to leave in vs leave out
when we're calling ```?format_record```? 2) Just going back to the discussing
"Last Message In". The state credentials are all taken care of. My concern was
for ```send_req``` and it's headers.
For example if a worker process in the middle of a ```send_req``` dies,
couch_replicator_worker will show a Last Msg In containing the `EXIT` message
by the worker. Inside this message it will contain the send_req which has the
Authorization Header.
