The replacement of the `IteratorEnvironment` implementations in `ClientSideIteratorScanner`, `RFileScanner`, `OfflineIterator` with `ClientIteratorEnvironment` need to be scrutinized. I know that in one case one of the implementations handled the `registerSideChannel` method, but I could not find it being used anywhere so I just deleted it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
