This is a non-breaking change that users can choose to use or not in their own configuration. It's also a small, and quite trivial change. I think it's good to follow the recommended guidelines from upstream in our reference configs that we ship. It won't cause any compatibility or harm, and is safer to include in 2.1 than any code change, and safer to change the config than it was to update the dependency that changed the recommendation. So, while I don't feel super strongly about it, I don't see any downside to including it in 2.1.4... only upsides and think it would be beneficial to do in 2.1.4, if only as a guide for users to follow upstream guidance in their own configs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
