Description:
The form email for voting (created by the build.sh script) states that voting
should end at a certain time. This deadline should be seen as a minimum not a
maximum. Fluo recently updated[1] its form email for new releases to use the
text below.
This vote will remain open until at least <deadline>.
Voting can continue after this deadline until the release manager sends an
email ending the vote.
Accumulo should also make this change too.
