Following from the discussion on ACCUMULO-4640, it was made clear that the
current documentation on the client configuration is inadequate.
Additional emphasis should be placed on the minimum settings for client
configuration, particularly for the shell to function without args
(specifically, instance.name and instance.zookeeper.hosts should be a
well-documented minimum).
