Tests look good. Any other concerns here [~elserj]? Anyone concerned about
{{cachedHdfsZooInstance}} not being lazily initialized anymore? Looking at the
methods, I wasn't sure why you'd reference the HdfsZooInstance class (which
will cause it to be initialized and the {{cachedHdfsZooInstance}} to be
created) without calling {{getInstance}}, but maybe I'm missing something.
