Hi Ivan, I'm working on something that may be relevant... although it's based on express and mongoose, and as previously mentioned it may not be possible to build a truly robust eCommerce solution in mongo.
In the above-mentioned stackoverflow question<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7149890/what-does-mongodb-not-being-acid-compliant-really-mean>, it looks like although it'd be wise to use an ACID compliant db for the project, it may also be possible in mongo if the right things are done (relating to system design), which would bring a lot of other benefits.
