setImmediate? In which node? So they did change the semantics of nextTick, 
again?


@izs, ben, bert, fedor, nathan etc: Could you please tell us how does the event 
loop look like now, in pseudo code?

while (RUN) {

  dispatch setImmediateQueue();

  dispatchPendingIO();

  dispatchTimers();

  dispatch nextTickQueue();
}
