Now it uses libuv when libev is no longer available so TAGG v0.1.5 now compiles
(and `npm install threads_a_gogo`) fine all the way from node v0.51 up to v8.18.

I'm still trying to figure out how to translate the python waf script to gyp,
so it doesn't compile yet with the node 0.9x experimental branch.

Note that joyent's libuv is about 30% slower than Marc Lehmanm's libev for the
kind of things that TAGG does, but this isn't my fault :-)

In the next version 0.1.6 (due in ~ a week or 2) you'll also have the
possibility to set --v8-options flags, e.g. .create('--expose_gc
--harmony_modules'), per thread.
