*Our client is looking for a clinical pharmacology expert to lead the team,
driving key decisions across drug development from discovery to late
clinical development. You will shape pre-clinical and clinical pharmacology
strategies for the company’s pipeline and foster a culture of continuous
learning within the team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a
high-impact, dynamic team in a collaborative environment.*


*Key Responsibilities*

   - Lead and manage pre-clinical and clinical pharmacology teams, ensuring
   timely, budget-compliant delivery.
   - Oversee scientists in clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, and
   quantitative systems pharmacology, among other functions.
   - Define and execute long-term strategy aligned with business goals.
   - Manage pharmacology activities from IND studies through BLA submission.
   - Develop systems and best practices within the team.
   - Provide leadership in governance, risk management, and issue
   resolution.
   - Foster innovation and emerging technology adoption.
   - Communicate with stakeholders to drive outcomes.
   - Manage budgets and team performance.

*Requirements*

   - Expertise in clinical pharmacology.
   - Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary, cross-functional
   teams.
   - Experience in strategy development, operational management, and
   cross-functional team leadership, including budget planning.
   - Solid publication record in high-quality journals.
   - Demonstrated strategic oversight and stakeholder management in
   previous roles.
