Dear all, We still have a few places available on our rxode2/nlmixr2 course at PAGE (see below). This is great opportunity to get acquainted with population simulation and parameter estimation in R, and will additionally showcase one of the new exciting features using the babelmixr2 and nonmem2rx packages. These allow you to read in your NONMEM output and simulate directly using the model code and final parameter estimates. And it will give you a jump start to running your NONMEM models in nlmixr2. The course will consist of a mixture of lectures and hands-on exercises. nlmixr2 and its satellite packages (including rxode2 and a range of tools facilitating seamless interaction with other industry-standard tools like NONMEM and Monolix) are undergoing continuous and intensive development, and are intended to provide a complete suite of packages for pharmacometric data analysis as free, open-source software. nlmixr2 is based in R and provides robust support for parameter estimation (primarily through the SAEM and FOCEi estimation methods) and simulation. More details may be found at https://nlmixr2.org/. The course will run from 13:00 to 17:00 (1 to 5 PM) at the PAGE conference hotel and will cost €150 per participants from industry, €100 for participants from academia and non-profit (including regulatory) and €25 for students in Masters or PhD programmes, and includes coffee/tea. Registration is available online at https://www.eventbrite.nl/e/nlmixr2-workshop-tickets-867482261797, and 45 seats are available.
