Thanks Julie!! Yes I discovered that last week. I had R version 4.2 and it was very easy to have an older version of R available because you can simply change the path to R on the input files tab in PFIM.

I will take note of the email support for future reference. Thanks again!!

Dear Lisa,

This kind of issue happens with R versions greater or equal to 4.0.
If that is your case, until this problem is solved, please use an R version between 2.6 and 3.6 to run PFIM.
If not, please send your project files to [email protected].

This might also be due to R not being installed in administrator mode.

Also, more generally, if you need help with PFIM, please send an email to this address: [email protected].

Thank you,

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else has been having trouble using PFIM 4.0 lately. I've been experiencing a frozen screen when I tried to execute a simple 1 cmt model, actually an example from their manual. All functions including graph only result in a frozen screen. I tried re-installing and that did not result in any success.

I definitely used PFIM successfully on a past project, a couple of years ago, on the same computer. Not sure what could be the issue! Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Lisa
