The 1-day course will take place on Saturday 19th October. It will introduce you to Simulo, a PK-PD-Disease model simulator developed for 7 years and now freely available to the public. The user-friendly interface allows you to implement complex protocols (adaptive trials, interim analysis, complex dose adaptation, etc.) in an elegant and flexible way, as the simulation uses an R backend.
