Dear colleagues and friends,
A final reminder about the call for the scientific program for WCoP
2020, which is closing soon, on the 31st of July.

You have just over a week to send in your proposals for symposia or
single presentations, as well keynote speakers.
The call for satellite courses and workshops will remain open until
later, but the rooms in the conference venue will be assigned on a
first-come first-serve basis.

All the details on the procedure to submit a proposal are on our webpage
below, but please get in touch with us at wcop2...@gmail.com for any
questions about this.
https://wcop2020.org/call-for-scientific-program/

We encourage you to submit your session proposal even if you still have
a spot or two for other speakers. If there is interest in the topic, the
scientific committee may be able to suggest collaborations and synergies
with other submissions.

We are looking forward to receiving your suggestions to deliver an
outstanding program!
Mark your calendar from the 6th to the 9th of April 2020 for WCoP and
check our website for more details https://wcop2020.org/

Best regards,
Paolo Denti
on behalf of the WCoP Organising Committee
