The DDMoRe foundation is happy to share with you the winner of our last
challenge.

The challenge recognizes the effort any scientist took to share model code,
its associated

annotations and simulated dataset into the public domain via the DDMoRe
Repository.

*The winner is Thierry Buclin*

Please join us to give a big thank you to Thierry who took the time to
support transparency in science.

Thanks to Thierry a model has been shared on colistin in patients receiving
continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). Did you model already such
data? Now, thanks to Thierry, you can benefit from his work shared online;

(see the model into
http://repository.ddmore.foundation/model/DDMODEL00000295)

*Thierry says: “The submission needs a bit of time to understand precisely
what is required and where to put it. But the result is satisfying, and
makes you also able to better appreciate models shared by others. No doubt
that DDMoRe will continue to improve and to mushroom, as data and model
sharing become an imperative component of scientific research” *

*We encourage you to also share your work or to contribute by joining our
community groups <https://www.ddmore.foundation/meet-us/>
(https://www.ddmore.foundation/meet-us/

*The repository is filled with more than 135 annotated models which are
directly accessible and executable. Last year, a total of 1575 files have
been downloaded from more than 32 countries and from all continents. *

*The DDMoRe repository volunteers team*

*The model repository challenge occurred in 2018 and was sponsored by:
BAST, Pharmetheus, SGS-Exprimo, OCCAMS, Calvagone, and Merck Serono.*
