Dear colleagues, We are working on a model to describe a pharmacokinetic drug-drug interaction between two drugs. I recall that in the past there has been a discussion on the forum about simultaneously modelling two different drugs for the sake of sharing covariates or covariate models between them. Beyond those posts and a paper by van der Laan (AAC 2018) on a lopinavir-ritonavir DDI, I cannot find published (coding) examples of how to approach DDIs in a joint PK model. Hopefully some of you are willing to point us into the right direction?
