Hi all. I want to learn Nginx. I haven't started the tutorial yet but I had an earlier edition back in the day. The tutor advises to install Nginx from source. Is this a good way to install nginx? Or should I use my package manager to install it? I'm on Linux Opensuse. If I use my package manager, is it easy to find out which directory the nginx related files and directories installed to? I'm a Linux noob so installing packages is new to me.
Also If I use my package manager, what packages should I install? There are so many, here's the list. Please remember my main question is should I install from source or get the package from the repo via my package manager?
