I think it would be good to find examples of systems which generate 
NF9_IN_BYTES and NF9_OUT_BYTES. I would expect them to mean "dst to src" 
and "src to dst" respectively, but I think we should get confirmation.

I have access to standard IOS routers which generate Netflow v9, but 
those are generating unidirectional flows.
