Dear all,

The program for the 8th annual conference of our International Network on
Digital Labor (INDL-8) is now online.

https://www.indl.network/indl-8/

>From September 10 to 12, 2025, Bologna will host one of the largest gatherings
>in this field, bringing together researchers, practitioners, and activists to
>connect research with the realities of workers’ struggles worldwide.

This year we have managed to fit in close to 200 oral presentations and
posters, with speakers joining us from six continents. The program includes a
unique one-day event with data workers ^inside a data center^, discussions that
stretch across disciplines and countries, and moments to reflect on the
politics of digital work in its many forms.

Beyond the academic sessions, we have booked some of the University of
Bologna’s most historic venues and will explore the city through the lens of
its activist movements in a dedicated evening tour.

Ps. Registration is free but mandatory. Please register here — the deadline has
been extended to August 24👉 https://indl-8.sciencesconf.org/registration?lang=en
