Segnalo un contributo, molto ben argomentato (a mio parere), sulla recente causa intentata da Moderna contro Pfizer e BioNTech. Il tema riguarda il valore legale di dichiarazioni con cui un titolare di brevetto si impegna pubblicamente a non far valere il proprio titolo legale (con importanti ricadute sulle "licenze pubbliche" piu' in generale).
