Actually, I was thinking of the log information that gives out messages about dialling, waiting for connection, etc. I could be wrong, but from looking at that screenshot I would suspect that you are not getting through the authentication process with your isp. I have seen that sort of result through setting the wrong authentication process. Do you know which protocol your isp uses? If not, and if you can't get an internet connection on another computer to find out, try changing that setting and see if helps. Anne -- Registered Linux User No.293302
