I haven't seen a post on this list for a while, until today, and there
isn't a post from Bernard on the 15th.
But I got straight into Mantis, twice (including just now), using the
current version of NetSurf.
Sorry this muddies the waters because my observations don't match yours,
but I hope it helps. Try a different browser, try using a mobile phone
on its network's data 'cos it will be a different path...
