It's easy to think NetSurf really ought to have to option to Filer_Run any file it doesn't understand after downloading it but it doesn't; it leaves you to do that which is fine up to a point but a shame because it prevents sound and video playing from a link, just as it makes you open your downloaded PDFs 'manually'.
