There has been an issue with the bug system sending emails which has now been fixed.
The mails affected include account maintenance and creation as well as issue notification. The issue was caused by a configuration error exposed during the recent spate of issues with our infrastructure (I have previously sent notification to the list) Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
