I am not seeing that crash specifically but am seeing something else. NetSurf opens a local home page here on startup. Reboot the machine, start NetSurf, quit NetSurf then restart NetSurf, crash. This starts with #2859 and also happens with #2860, however #2858 seems OK. If NetSurf is restarted without opening a home page then the crash happens on clicking on its iconbar icon. The JavaScript setting does not seem relevant. This is on a Raspberry Pi Mk1 with OS 5.23 (18-Jul-15) complete with Zero Pain though there is no Zero Pain log.
