Tried the same email again with dv #1013 plus JavaScript. HTML loaded successfully. However, I then tried an Alt/Break > Quit on NetSurf, which exited cleanly - except that, trying to restart NetSurf gave a message, 'Cannot open <Wimp$ScrapDir> WWW.Netsurf.log for I/O redirection' requiring a reboot before NetSurf would restart. Then, examination of the log showed a previous successful exit.
