Actually that's a fairly generic error NetSurf throws up which can be a bit of a red herring. What are you trying to do when the error appears? Is it reproduceable? In which case, please provide a test case so we can replicate (or at least see if it is still an issue on the latest development version). To diagnose both these issues a log file will be handy (start NetSurf with "nsgtk -v"). Chris
