You've got to log in to send a complaining email, so logging in successfully deprives this particular complaint of much, if not all, of its force: 'Well the thing is, I prefer to use my antiquated computer with its limited-functionality browser instead of a world-class browser on my shiny Win7 PC to do internet banking...'.
