It is located in the !NetSurf.Docs.welcome directory. Netsurf may not have Java but it can be a lot quicker to search in Google using Netsurf. When I type the search term(s) into Google on my PC, which has "all the latest upgrades, automatically installed") it wastes a lot time trying to guess what I am going to type and sometimes it replaces my search term with something completely different.
