I won't be able to check that out until I'm back home tonight,

If you're registered on the ROOL site, you can attempt to
reply to any posting, and simply write enough lines (can be
one letter per line, I think) that the writable window gains
a scroll bar.

I also noticed that clicking the arrows moves by at least
a window-full, so it isn't possible to see or read all the
content of a window.  I'll put in a separate bug report on
that one if you want and if it's still the same.
