This URL is accessed via another page on which one loads personal information, leading then to the above URL, which then displays a page quite different from that displayed if the above URL is accessed directly, that is, without going through the procedure previously described. I've re-run the signing on procedure twice and frame 'overlaps' still occur on the page then accessed.
