It was impossible to log in to the ROOL site earlier this evening,
but Andrew Hodgkinson has fixed the problem, which was related to
https.  I have asked if he thinks there could be any connection.
Admittedly it seems unlikely, bearing in mind the problem in this
thread was 2 days ago.
