I have not noticed this behaviour before, until upgrading to r9012 (so that Googlr displays correctly again).
I often have www.xe.com permanently on screen to monitor movements in the GBP/EUR exchange rate, to help me decide when to buy another tranche of Euros. With earlier versions I could happily leave this on all day (the site updates automatically every 30s - I think). However, I now find that after about five or six hours, NetSurf has swallowed just about all the free RAM in the machine, and I have to quit NetSurf to get it all back. Doing this five mins ago, NetSurf released 43048kB - free memory was down to 28kB RO 4.02, Strongarm Also running - Easiwriter, PIPedream, Masterfile, RiScript, Pluto, Newshound, POPStar, Arc|Fax, Calc, Edit - the normal apps I have running towards the end of the day.
